1. Who you are dealing with

FactoryHajri is operated by Mahesh Agarwal, A-501, Poonam Heights C.H.S., S.V.Road,, Goregaon (W),, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400104. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean that business; "you" means the person or business using the service.

2. What the service is

FactoryHajri is web-based software for recording factory attendance, importing biometric punch data, and preparing salary sheets, advances, petty cash and piece-work records. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not pay wages, file returns, or give legal, tax or labour-law advice. You remain responsible for what you pay your workers and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secret and for everything done from your account.
• You may create logins for your own staff. Whatever they enter is treated as entered by you.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has your password.
• One subscription covers one business. Sharing your login with another business is not permitted.

4. Free trial

New accounts get 30 days free, with no payment details required. When the trial ends, your data is not deleted - the account becomes read-only until you subscribe.

5. Plans, payment and renewal

• Plans are sold for a fixed term - one, three or five years - and are paid in advance.
• Prices shown on our pricing page apply at the time of payment. We may change prices for future terms, but never for a term you have already paid for.
• Each plan has a limit on units and workers. The limit is shown before you pay and is enforced in the software.
• Nothing renews automatically. We do not store your card and we do not take money without you starting the payment.
• Payments are collected through Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

6. When a subscription expires

We show a reminder inside the app before your term ends. After it ends, the account moves to a short read-only grace period so you can still see and export your records. After that the account is locked until payment. Your data is not deleted because a payment is late.

7. Your data belongs to you

The records you enter - workers, attendance, wages, advances, cash entries - are yours. We store and process them so the software can work for you. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for anything other than running and supporting the service. See our privacy policy for the detail. You can export your data at any time.

8. What we ask of you

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful.
• Do not attempt to break into, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the software.
• Do not upload data you have no right to hold, including personal data of people who have not been told it is being recorded.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting problems and internet failures can interrupt it. Support is available on Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm IST by phone and email.

10. Limits on our liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising out of your use of the service. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

11. Ending the arrangement

You may stop using the service at any time - see the cancellation and refunds policy. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you inside the app or by email.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
