The short version
We hold your business details so you can log in, and the factory records you enter so the software
can work. We never see your card details. We do not sell anything to anybody.

2. What we collect
From you, when you sign up
- Business name, your name, email address and phone number.
- A password, stored only as a one-way hash - we cannot read it, and neither can anyone
who obtains the database.
What you enter while using the software
- Worker records - name, designation, department, wage rate, and bank details where you choose
to enter them for the transfer list.
- Attendance, shifts, leave, advances, petty cash entries and piece-work entries.
- Punch data imported from your biometric machine - employee code, date and time.
We do not receive or store fingerprints or any other biometric template, only the
in-and-out times your machine exports.
Automatically
- Basic technical logs - IP address, browser type, pages requested - kept to keep the service
secure and to investigate problems.
- An audit trail of significant actions inside your own account, such as locking a month or
changing a wage rate, so you can see who did what.
3. Payment information
Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve
Bank of India. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and net-banking credentials go to them, never to us.
We receive only the outcome - amount, date, and a reference number. Razorpay's own privacy notice
governs what they hold.
4. Why we hold it
- To give you the service you have paid for.
- To support you when you write or call.
- To take payment and issue receipts.
- To keep the service secure and detect misuse.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
5. What we will not do
- We do not sell your data, or your workers' data, to anyone, for any price.
- We do not use your records to advertise to you or to anybody else.
- We do not share your data with other customers, and no customer can see another's records.
6. Who else touches it
Only the parties we need to run the service:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the database and files on servers in India.
- Razorpay, for payments.
- Our own support staff, who may look at your account only to solve a problem you have
raised.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
7. Your workers' data - your responsibility too
The records you enter are about real people. Under Indian data protection law you are responsible
for holding your workers' information lawfully - telling them their attendance and wage records
are kept, and not entering more than you need. We provide the tool and keep it secure; the
decisions about what to record are yours.
8. How long we keep it
While your account exists, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that you can come back or
ask for an export. If you ask us to delete the account, we remove your records within 30 days,
except anything we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
9. Security
- The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic is encrypted in transit.
- Passwords are hashed, never stored as text.
- Access inside an account is limited by role - a supervisor cannot see wage rates or
the salary sheet.
- Locking a month freezes those records, and every unlock is written to the audit trail.
No system is perfectly safe. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you what happened
and what we are doing about it.
10. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you what we hold about you;
- correct anything wrong;
- export your records;
- delete your account and its data.
Write to support@factoryhajri.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied
with our answer, say so and it will be looked at again by the owner of the business.
11. Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you logged in. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking
pixels and no third-party analytics on the app.
12. Children
The service is for businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly
create accounts for them.
13. Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be told to
you inside the app or by email.
