1. How the service reaches you

Your account is created the moment you sign up, and the software is available immediately at our website. There is nothing to install and nothing to wait for. Add it to your phone's home screen if you want it to open like an app.

2. When a payment activates the account

Payments are processed through Razorpay and confirmed to us instantly in almost every case, so the subscription is active within a few minutes of a successful payment. If the money has left your account but the subscription still shows as unpaid after an hour, write to support@factoryhajri.com with the payment reference and we will fix it the same working day.

3. What you get

• Access for every login you create, up to your plan's limits.
• Every feature - attendance, biometric import, salary, advances, petty cash, piece work, reports and exports. Plans differ only in how many units and workers they cover.
• Updates and improvements during your term, at no extra cost.
• Support by phone and email, Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm IST.

4. What you need at your end

A phone, tablet or computer with a modern browser and an internet connection. Nothing else. Importing biometric punches needs a report file exported from your own machine - any machine that can save a CSV or Excel file will do.

5. Downloads

Salary sheets, bank lists and reports download to your own device as Excel or CSV files. Those are generated on demand and are not delivered separately.
